4th Of July

Off to the lake we go…yes I'm in the 3rd row.  I'm still the kid:).

This is how my lovely Hannah reacts in the car now...

Not fun!  It just started a few weeks ago and now every time we're in the car, she loses it:(.  Sigh, the car and Starbucks used to be my happy place.

Then we got to the cabin and this is a typical 10 minutes with Hannah...

She's cute but busy!
I love this picture below so much!  Hudson is watching a video of Hannah.  Isn't his face precious?!

Then we hung out with our friendly neighbors, the Strohmeirs!  We did a little car racing:).

We're a bit in love with our goggles right now…until they broke:(.
Goggle boy!

Water time!  Hudson didn't even hesitate to get into Oasis Island!

Floatin with a friend

Pops is still amazed at how Hudson LOVES Oasis, the water and has no fear!

Pop's new route with the island...

Although this route was awesome, I think it lead to a small hole in Oasis.  TBD if it is fixable.

Then it was beach time

Hudson and Pops found a frog under the canoe!

Poor frog!  He was exhausted with all the activity a 4 year old brings!

I bet the frog couldn't wait till lunch and nap time:).  After nap, he was gone:(.
Hannah is a water baby!  She loves the water!

The boys

Priest Lake kids

Siblings

Silly faces

Sibling love

Then she was back to trouble…

She's quite proud of newest accomplishment! Right in the mouth!
She is starting to really cruise up and down furniture now!

They call him "Goggle Man"

He's SUPER strong!

Sometimes I look at him and I can't believe how big he is.

Sibling time!

Then we headed out for Hannah's first boat ride!

She was a bit fussy on the way.  Can you guess where we went?  That's right!  Cavanaugh Bay!  She did eventually calm down:).

Pops, what are you doing?

Busy, busy girl! Thanks Pops for entertaining her for a few!
I love the lake because it's easier for me.  I have mom helping prepare food so I'm just kid monitoring.  Sounds easier than it is:).

It was a relaxing weekend full of water, fun, and family!  It doesn't get better than that!
Thanks Nana & Pops!

Hannah @ 10 Months

She started off looking like this earlier this month

She has gotten so big. She has changed so much the last 2 months.
And as daddy says, opposite of him meaning she's super social & outgoing:).

Hannah loves her brother first and foremost.  She can't wait to wake him up most mornings since she's usually up at 5.  So lately this is how I wake up Hudson:

His room is dark, hannah crawls in with all her squeals and giggles.  Crawls over to brother's bed and gently wakes him up, kind of:).  Then those two are inseparable!

She loves her accessories!  Well not headbands any more:(.

Not fond of the grass
But she does like to eat it...

We started getting crazy hair!

First official pony!

My bathing beauty loves the water!

Hannah and her baby
We're working on her "stamina" in reading.  I'm up to 2 books:).

Most days she sits in her high chair for a non food related purpose, to contain her!  Its the only place I can freely move about without worry.  I'm thinking of bring her pack n play up to "corral" her.  She's busy, busy, busy!

Social like her mamma!

Trying to do a tuck roll like brother
A few new firsts:

First boat ride at Priest Lake

Hannah loves food
Avocado
Bananas
Potatoes
Puffs
Cheerios
Burritos
Pancakes
Strawberries
Anything we're eating actually!

She's my mischief maker!  She's into everything!
She'll watch me open a drawer one day and then she does it!

Her favorite is toilet paper!

Anything within reach is soon taken down or moved...

She also LOVES our blinds...

Or cords, free standing lamps, anything with music:).

She dances and it's quite adorable!
She has 6 huge teeth-"veterinarian" size as my family jokes.  It's an Arnhold side trait:)  No wonder the poor thing was so upset, they must have hurt big time!  Her one top tooth is the size of both of her bottom teeth.  Unforcanetly this also makes her bottom quite red.  I've switched to some more expensive sensitive diapers and still no luck:(.  Now that she's done teething for the moment all is well!

She smiles and it melts me heart!  She continues to be happy since she moves and now is cruising up and down furniture.  She claps when she's happy, wants more of something (music, food, kisses) and in general when she does something funny.  This little girl is wonderful!  We are so blessed she's ours!

Over the 4th the weather was wonderful and we ended up swimming.  Hannah LOVED it!

On a kick board!

Her favorite thing to do is find treasures in the water, bend down, and put them in her mouth:).  Yes that includes rocks, sand, bugs, debris…the list goes on.  She just is so happy to be bouncing in the water.  Her squeals are contagious!

But most of all, she wants to be like big brother!
