Halloween weekend was full of fun! It started with Uncle Jordan and Aunt Lissa coming to visit. This is a huge highlight in our lives. We love that they take the time to come and visit!!! We love you and especially the bun in the oven:). In June, Hudson will meet his first cousin and we are STOKED!!!
Friday night Lissa and I hit Nordy's. This has become a pivotal part in our weekend traditions. This trip had a purpose (other than shopping and family bonding) because Lissa's sister Janelle was taking a campus tour of Whitworth. For those of you who didn't know, Jared and I both graduated from Whitworth. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Whitworth. I have the fondest memories from there. My dad also graduated and played football from here as well. Saturday morning we drove to Whitworth and took the campus tour. I was like a kid in a candy store taking pictures and buying Whitworth apparel for all family members:).
The tour begins...
Two of Jared's cousins are living in Baldwin-Jenkins, the freshmen dorm. We toured it again. Jared and I both lived in this dorm, different years, but I married a Baldwin man. Ladies, you should be jealous!
Ah, a group shot:)
Jared's old room
Self explanatory Jordan!
Beautiful Sisters! (in a BJ dorm room, ah the memories)
When Jared and I were dating, he was working for Walker Construction and helped build Weyerhaeuser Hall. I visited him daily:)
Then we headed home for naps and our traditional Trellis visit. That night I had planned a family, child-friendly party. Since the oldest was 3, it was hard to find ideas that all age groups could do so I decided to have a fall party with a few basic activities. When the first kids started to arrive it was picture time! You never have much time when it comes to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in costumes! So we posed them up quickly!!!
The boys: Hudson, Osten, Beckett
More children started to arrive so we tried to get a few group shots in the garage
Kariya's ready!
We're getting closer...
And finally the best group pic!

I put two hay bales together as a table on the floor. I painted pumpkins with black chalk paint so the kiddos could decorate/color with chalk. It was SUPER fun! All the kiddos decorated their pumpkins well!!!
