Well I was a lucky girl because at my 15 week doctor appointment, my doc asked if I was willing to stay a few minutes longer and get an ultrasound. I jumped at the chance!
My doctor's office is in a temporary location because a fire. So the old ultrasound machine was destroyed and the new machine had come in and the tech was there so my doctor was trying to get lots of practice.
Here is baby Haak #2 at 15 weeks.
Gorgeous huh?! God is amazing! Well the doctor said he could tell the gender and asked if I wanted to know. Being blunt and not thinking, I blurted out "Yes I want to know but my husband doesn't." Well he wouldn't tell me then:(. Ha, I didn't want to make Jared upset but I really want to know this time. Every time I ask him if I get to find out the gender he smiles and walks away.
Well the doc could tell what the gender is, any guesses?
I will say he said this one is a mover and a shaker! He had a hard time getting the hard beat because it was all over the place, literally!!!
I think it is a girl :). I totally want you to find out! But understand why Jared doesn't want to. We really did enjoy the "surprise" with our 2nd baby boy. We weren't surprised though- but it was still really fun and I think it was a great experience to go through. However, I like other people to find out so that I don't have to wait! What does your gut say? I really think mama's know.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I only know what girls look like and I don't see that, but baby's also not in the right position. I have no idea what a boy looks like...everyone says it's obvious but I've never seen it. I was really happy that Tyson decided we could find out! Four more days! When is your official ultrasound?
