9 Months!

Few, a few days of kids napping and I can blog again:).  Our girl is 9 months!  I have to say this is the month I have become completely smitten by this little lady.  She is so much fun!  One of the only ways I could get her to sit was with a toy, especially her favorite puzzle.  

Yeah, she doesn't sit long:).  Disclaimer:  We were doing housework and I put her head band on like a bandana.  I thought it fit our activities that day but this isn't how she normally wears it:).

 The day after she turned 8 months she did this:

She's still super playful!  Sibling fun!

Then I saw her doing this on the baby monitor:

Now that she's mobile, she also gets into…EVERYTHING.  Here she is trying to get on the side of the bins but can't because of the Wii Fit.

So I moved it

All smiles now!  She loves the tent!

Here is one of the things, besides Grandma's coffee, that got her motivated to crawl!

Her schedule is the same:

Wake 5:45-7 (I wish 7am happened more!) Bottle

Nap 9ish

Oh then she learned a ANOTHER new trick...

Yup, she does stairs too! She was watching Nana in the kitchen and decided to climb them.  Holy smokes is she a mover! 

She also LOVES LOVES LOVES to play with these tires!

But it's usually back to the stairs.  I have gates everywhere!

We've started some room time

Her stats are:

Height~29.8 inches (97%)

Weight~17.8 lbs (26%)

Head Circumference~17.2 (42%)

She is 2 pounds lighter than Hudson and the same height when he was 9 months.

She has mellowed so much!  Daddy got her to relax and then sleep at gymnastics.  Daddy has a special touch!

She also loves to clap, she claps at everything she loves like food, people, climbing the stairs, and so on.  She also does this cute leg thing where she kicks one leg out to tell us how happy she is:).  

But she still does lose it in the evenings.  She dropped her evening nap as well and so its rough from 4:30-7 but now the crying usually starts at 5:30.  It's a rough time in our household!

This little lady keeps me hoppin'!  She is all over and standing for periods of time.  I have a feeling walking is around the corner.  It's so cute to hear her crawling and giggling after her brother, I just adore it!  I don't get much down time anymore which is why it's hard to blog.  Her naps are rarely over an hour but usually for me but she seems to sleep well for Nana:).  She greets me in the morning with smiles that take my breath away!  It used to be cries/screams but now its happy sounds unless she needs a change.  Her bottom still is super sensitive and she needs to be changed very often!  I use a lot of products on it:).  She is so happy most days with excited to play with brother and the thrill of trying to climb a staircase before I get the gate/chairs set up.  There are still days she doesn't nap well and ends up in the basement or napping on me.  I don't mind because then she sleeps:).  It just means I get nothing done…ever.  I'm lucky to answer my email on my phone or check fb a few times a day!  Things are SUPER busy around here. No longer are they the relaxed, long nap days where everything was "chill."  I do enjoy these days so much though!  Cherishing my moments with my girl:).
