7 Months has brought many things!!!

 

The month started and ended with smiles!

We have fully transitioned out of the swing and are all about the jumper.  I found out she likes the jumper, just not in the corner.  "Nobody puts baby in the corner!"  She's social, like her mamma, and wants to be where the hub of activity is.  

Hannah is so much easier than when she was first born.  6 months was a huge turning point for us but she still gets fussy easy.  I can't just take her anywhere or anytime.  Days are pretty limited because if she's unhappy, it's not fun at all!  It starts with a whine, then a cry, and often times a scream.

*update this was the first half of the month, now it's much different with teething!

She had a full week of almost non-existent naps and average sleeping of 4 hours and it wasn't all at one time!  She was not happy and it made me so sad.  I was so thankful I wasn't working because I could just walk with her until I thought I could lay her down, in the basement so the family could sleep.  She wouldn't rest long but here and there.  I wish she would just sleep on me but not when I sit down:).  

Her morning nap is still around 30-40 minutes but if I let her cry it out often times she will go back to sleep for another 30-40 minutes.  Sometimes she doesn't and its a long morning.  She is crying when we lay her down again.  I'm guessing it's teething but it all came rushing back so quickly on how it was when we first had her, YIKES!

New favorite toy…frozen bag of peas

She loves her brother and his entertainment.  Matter of fact this social butterfly doesn't like to be alone.  She ALWAYS wants to be near someone and often held lately.  Jared says she's spoiled, maybe he's right!  Within days she decided she doesn't like her jumper and cries when I put her in it often because she'd rather be held but if I put her in the bumbo on the counter, she's fine.  Go figure!  I guess she's just not close enough to the action in her jumper!  This girl can be quite demanding!

We've had a picnic outside this last month:).  We are trying to get outside as much as possible!

Is it too early for temper tantrums?  Maybe crawling will help.

*She now likes peas…well with carrots and pears.  She has tried real peas, avocado, a few puffs, and some banana.  Mostly towards the end of this month…after the teething!  She does love her mesh bag for fruit too!  I never used it with Hudson but she LOVES it!

Her tooth came in the next day…thank you Gigi for letter her gnaw on you:).

I love your giggles to your brother in the back of the car, best sound in the world!  You still love your car rides and there were many early mornings, mainly around 2 am, I contemplated taking you for a ride:).  But eventually, you slept a little bit.

This picture was preceded by giggles and then Hannah fell asleep so Hudson wanted the IPAD:).  

*Side note: have I mentioned that my kids don't sleep at the same time?  My busiest time is from 1-5 where one is down and one is up and then it flip flops!  Yikes!

We love you Hannah Banana!  I hope your teeth aren't all this dramatic but your smiles make it all worth it.  What a delight you are.
