We had the pleasure of the having the lake place to ourself for one weekend! I had these great visions of inviting lots of friends up but as I start to get further along in my pregnancy, the normally fun things are becoming exhausting:(. Sad day! So we opted to have a family weekend!
One thing I did not know about Jared is what a fun "sand" daddy he is. Hudson and Jared played hours in the sand making "puddles", tracks, and lots of sand forts.
Then there is always time for t-ball!
We did invite Jared's cousin Jill up to the lake. She brought her adorable little girl Skylar who is a water bug. Hudson needed to see kids swimming because he's still a big hesitant of the water. Skylar jumped in multiple times with her "puddle jumper" (seriously best life jacket ever and Coast Guard approved). Hudson opted to show off his mad water gun skills rather than swimming:).
The last day we went to our favorite brunch at Cavanaugh Bay. We LOVE their brunch:). It was a rainy day but we sure enjoyed some quality family time!
This little boy was in fruit/huckleberry heaven!
It was a great weekend as a family of 3. We won't have many more moments with just our boy:).
